Subscription, Fees, and Payment Terms
- Subscription & Billing
- Invoices are issued electronically at the beginning of each subscription period (typically annually).
- Service Providers must pay all fees within seven (7) days of invoice issuance to avoid service suspension.
- Fee Policy :
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or service suspension.
- Should you opt to add extra features (such as additional calendars or paid services), your subscription fee will be adjusted accordingly.
Responsibilities of Service Providers
As a Service Provider, you agree to:
- Use the AWQATY platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep your service information accurate and updated (including service descriptions, pricing, availability, and policies on cancellations or refunds).
- Resolve any disputes with your users in a professional and fair manner.
- Ensure timely payment of all applicable subscription and transaction fees, including any additional charges incurred due to late payments.
Privacy and Data Security
- We are committed to protecting your personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.
